In addition to Decorative Finish Systems, Vintage used Joint Sealant Systems and Damproofing Systems from Whitney Building Products.

Whitney Building Products worked with a Local Architectural firm and General Contractor. Whitney assisted in product selection, design, construction, and delivery. This project was a great example of the Single Source Capabilities and excellent service of Whitney Building Products.

Project: Madison Park High School, Roxbury, MA.
Completed: Summer 2005. Madison Park High School underwent a 65,000 square foot plaza deck rehabilitation in 2005. Whitney BP worked with a local Specialty Contractor (GC) and Various Sub-Conotractors at the project. The Existing Plaza Deck system and overburden was removed down to a structural concrete substrate. Concrete Repair was performed to repair the existing structural concrete. A new Waterproofing Membrane/Drainage Material from WR Grace was installed over the repaired concrete. Insulation Products from Owens Corning were installed over the membrane and drainage. Pavers were then installed to complete the project.
